Bright pale straw in colour, the nose presents aromas of passionfruit, guava, and blackcurrant, complemented by subtle herbal notes and a hint of minerality. On the palate, it delivers vibrant citrus and tropical fruit flavours, with a creamy texture and a crisp, lingering finish.

Serving & Winemaking

Serve chilled at 8–10°C. Crafted from estate-grown Sauvignon Blanc grapes, this wine undergoes fermentation in stainless steel tanks to preserve its fresh fruit character. A small portion is fermented in old oak barriques to add complexity and texture. The result is a balanced wine with expressive fruit and a smooth mouthfeel.
